325. (1)  The recount or re-addition by a judge shall take place in the presence of the returning-officer and the election-clerk, except in the case of the death of either of them.
(2)  Each candidate shall be entitled to be present, with not more than three persons appointed by him to attend.
(3)  If any candidate is not represented, any three electors who apply to represent him shall be admitted.
(4)  Except with the sanction of the judge, no other person shall be present at the recount or re-addition.
