305. In addition to the special provisions of this subdivision 19 respecting special polling-stations, the general provisions of Divisions XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII and XIX of this act, respecting the notice of poll, the addition of votes, the recount of votes and the re-addition of votes before a judge, election returns and secrecy of voting, shall apply, mutatis mutandis and with the exception of sections 270, 376, 377 and 378, to the electoral proceedings before, during and after the polling in a special polling-station.
