290. (1)  Before opening a special polling-station, the deputy returning-officer shall cause to be posted up outside the building, near the door, a placard bearing in conspicuous type the words “Bureau spécial de scrutin Special Poll,” and also the ordinary instructions and notice to electors.
(2)  Such placard and the instructions and notice to electors shall be removed at the closing of the polling-station on the first evening and again posted up on the reopening of the poll on the second day.
