286. Also within the two days following the date of nomination of candidates, the returning-officer must furnish each candidate with a certified list giving the surnames, Christian names, professions or callings and addresses of all the deputy returning-officers and poll-clerks whom he has appointed to keep the special polling-stations, and the address and number of the special polling-station at which each is to act.
