277. The deputy returning-officer shall then make out a statement in triplicate in the form 60. One copy thereof shall remain attached to the poll-book, he shall keep one copy himself and enclose the third copy in a special envelope supplied for the purpose which he shall seal and deposit in the ballot-box.
