261. (1)  Every elector shall vote without undue delay and shall quit the polling-station as soon as his ballot-paper has been put into the ballot-box.
(2)  He must be sent away without having voted if he unduly delays doing so. In such case his ballot shall be cancelled and placed among the spoiled ballots and he shall no longer have the right to vote.
