245. (1)  No person applying to vote shall be entitled to vote if his name is not entered on the duplicate or copy of or extract from the electoral list in use for voting in the polling-station and if he does not comply with all the other conditions imposed by this act for exercising the right to vote.
(2)  An elector shall not cast more than one vote. He must do so in the polling-subdivision in which his domicile was on the first day fixed for the annual enumeration or the day of the issue of the writ of election in all other cases.
