22. None of the following may be appointed election officers:

(1)  Minors;

(2)  Persons who have not been domiciled during the past year in the electoral district where they are to act, or, in the case of a revisor appointed under section 85, in an electoral district contiguous to that in which he is to act;

(3)  Persons not qualified as electors;

(4)  Persons who have been found guilty:

(a)  Of any infraction or crime punishable by imprisonment for two years or more;

(b)  Of practices declared corrupt by the electoral laws of Canada, of Québec or of any municipality.
