215. The printer, on delivering the printed ballot-papers to the returning-officer, must file in his hands a sworn declaration containing the following details: a description of such ballot-papers, the number of sheets of paper that he received for the printing thereof, the number of ballot-papers furnished to the returning-officer, the surnames and Christian names of all the persons who have worked at the printing, counting, putting into booklets, packing and delivering of the ballot-papers. Such declaration shall also certify that no other ballot-paper of the same description has been furnished to any person and it must be sent immediately by the returning-officer to the director general of elections.
