17. None of the extraordinary recourses provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted or any special or provisional measure or proceeding of any nature be taken against the director general of elections, the acting director, the deputy directors or any election officer, acting in his official capacity.
