160. (1)  If the candidate himself files the nomination-paper, the returning-officer shall require him to make oath before him that the signature subscribed to the consent filed is his signature and that he is being nominated for that electoral district only. In such case, no other oath shall be required to attest the consent of the candidate.
(2)  An entry of the taking of such oath shall be made at the end or on the back of the nomination-paper.
