152. Any twenty-five electors of the electoral district for which the election is held may nominate a candidate for such electoral district, by signing a nomination-paper in the form 36, stating therein the surname, Christian names, domicile and profession or calling of the person proposed, as well as his address if he resides in a city or town, in such manner as sufficiently to identify such candidate, and by filing the said nomination-paper or having it filed with the returning-officer on the day, at the hour and at the place indicated in the proclamation, or as hereinafter mentioned.
