140. The following shall not, however, be eligible to the Assemblée nationale:

The director general of elections, the acting director general of elections, the deputy director general of elections, the director general of financing of political parties and persons appointed members of a board of revisors, unless they have ceased so to be for at least three months before the date of their nomination as candidates;

(b)  The persons mentioned in sections 55, 57, 58 and 59 of the Legislature Act (chapter L-1), saving, as regards section 55, the reservations of section 56 of the said act;

(c)  Any person affected by legal disability or incapacity decreed by virtue of an act passed by the Legislature.
