120. The returning officer, as soon as the printed electoral lists are received, after the annual enumeration, must forward free of charge, within the following fifteen days, to every municipality or school board, a copy of the list of every polling subdivision comprised in the territory of either one.
He shall also and on the same conditions send to the sheriff of the judicial district comprised in whole or in part in the electoral division a duplicate of each electoral list of the municipalities contemplated in section 7 of the Jurors Act (chapter J-2).
