119. (1)  If the enumeration takes place during the election period, the enumerator, not later than Sunday of the fourth week before the polling, must complete the electoral list and certify the correctness of each copy by a joint oath drawn up in form 29 and post up a copy of the electoral list of each polling-subdivision in a centrally located public place easy of access in the polling-subdivision.
(2)  A notice in form 30, duly filled out by the enumerator, informing the electors of the dates and place of the revision and for the filing of applications for entering, striking off and correcting names, shall be attached to the list so posted.
(3)  The returning-officer shall send forthwith a copy certified as true of the list to the persons mentioned in subsection 3 of section 117.
The returning-officer must prepare, certify as true and issue free of charge and on request a copy of that list to every candidate regularly nominated and the leader of every new party, as soon as such party becomes, during a general election, a recognized party.
