109. (1)  In rural polling subdivisions, the enumerator shall begin the annual enumeration at nine hours on the fourth Monday following Labour Day and terminate it not later than Thursday of the same week.

(2)  If the enumeration is to be held during the election period, the enumerator shall begin the enumeration at nine hours on Tuesday of the fifth week before that of the polling and terminate it not later than Friday of the same week.
