102. The board of revisors, in examining a list, shall first verify the regularity of the proceedings had in preparing it and shall draw up a minute thereof. It shall then take into consideration all the applications regularly made and receive the depositions on oath of all persons present who wish to be heard and, if need be, of their witnesses, maintain or reject the applications submitted and note each such decision in its register.
