68. (Repealed).

68. The guarantee policy shall be for an amount of not less than one thousand dollars, nor more than five thousand dollars, in the discretion of the Minister of Revenue, and shall guarantee the payment of all moneys for duties which the applicant for license shall or ought to receive, and for the faithful execution of the obligations imposed by this division upon the assured.
