1. The licenses provided for in this Act are issued by the Minister of Revenue.
R. S. 1964, c. 79, s. 1; 1972, c. 25, s. 44; 1977, c. 5, s. 14; 1978, c. 34, s. 1.
1. The licenses granted by the Gouvernement are issued under this act, by the collectors of revenue designated by the Gouvernement to apply this act in the revenue districts and collect the duties, fees and other dues related thereto.
