93. A Member whose seat has become vacant following an offence under Division II of Chapter III of the Act respecting the National Assembly (chapter A-23.1) is entitled only to repayment of his contributions.

93. (1)  A member who has been expelled by order of the National Assembly under section 66 is only entitled to repayment of his contributions, including the additional contribution provided for in subsection 2 of section 87.
(2)  A member convicted of treason or of an indictable offence committed during his tenure of office and contemplated in Part III or Part VII of the Criminal Code or of conspiracy to commit any such offence, shall forfeit all right to the pension provided for in this act and shall only be entitled to the repayment provided for in subsection 1, less any pension payments that he may have received before his conviction.

93. (1)  A member who has been expelled by order of the Assemblée nationale under section 66 or by judgment of the Superior Court under sections 16 to 20, shall only be entitled to repayment of his contributions, including the additional contribution provided for in subsection 2 of section 87.
(2)  A member convicted of treason or of an indictable offence committed during his tenure of office and contemplated in Part III or Part VII of the Criminal Code or of conspiracy to commit any such offence, shall forfeit all right to the pension provided for in this act and shall only be entitled to the repayment provided for in subsection 1, less any pension payments that he may have received before his conviction.
