92. Every member of the National Assembly who ceases to be such before being entitled to receive a pension under section 89, shall be entitled to withdraw his contributions, including the additional contribution provided for in subsection 2 of section 87.
For the purposes of this section, a parliamentary session held before the 1st of September 1965 shall be counted as one year.
