65. It is forbidden for any one who, in the practice of his profession, is the partner of a member of the National Assembly, to give or sign his name to any notice respecting a bill, or to appear for the purpose of making an argument before one of the committees of the National Assembly, or to be a parliamentary agent, or to uphold or oppose in any manner whatsoever before one of the committees of the National Assembly, a bill, resolution, petition or any other matter whatsoever submitted for the consideration of such committee.
