64. It is forbidden for a member of the National Assembly to accept or receive, directly or indirectly, any costs, fees or remuneration of any kind in connection with any bill, resolution or other matter whatsoever, submitted, or which must be submitted for the consideration of the National Assembly or one of its committees, whether to support or not support, or to oppose or not oppose such bill, resolution or other matter whatsoever.
