63. If any member of the National Assembly becomes disqualified under this subdivision to sit or vote therein, his election becomes void and his seat vacant.

63. If any member of the Assemblée nationale become disqualified under this subdivision to sit or vote therein, his election shall become void and his seat vacant, and a new writ shall forthwith be issued for a new election.
