60. When, for the carrying out of public works, the Gouvernement du Québec must acquire an immoveable belonging, in whole or in part, to a member of the National Assembly, or a real right affecting such an immoveable, the acquisition shall be made by way of proceedings in expropriation.
In such case, the payment to the expropriated party of the indemnity fixed by the judgment shall not be a ground of disqualification from sitting or voting as a member of the National Assembly, within the meaning of section 59.
