66. A person authorized to carry out an inspection under this division may, in the performance of his duties, enter at any reasonable time any place where operations or activities are carried on for which a permit is required under this Act.

66. A person authorized to carry out an inspection under this division may, in the performance of his duties, enter at any reasonable time any place where operations or activities are carried on for which a permit is required under this Act.
He may enter a filtration plant at any reasonable time to verify the functioning and operation of the fluorination device.

66. A person authorized to make an inquiry under this division may, in the performance of his duties, enter at any time any place where operations or activities are carried on for which a permit is required under this Act.
He may enter a filtration plant to verify the functioning and operation of the fluorination device.
He may also enter any place where he has reason to believe a show or exhibition contemplated in section 44 is being presented.
The investigator must however exhibit a certificate signed by the Minister or a person authorized for that purpose empowering him specifically to make the inquiry which he claims to make.

He may also enter any place where he has reason to believe a show or exhibition contemplated in section 44 is being presented.
