J-2 - Jurors Act

1. In this Act, unless the context indicates otherwise,
(a)  court means the Superior Court exercising its jurisdiction in criminal matters;
(b)  district means a judicial district;
(c)  judge means a judge of the Superior Court;
(d)  jury list means the permanent list of jurors drawn up in accordance with this Act;
(e)  (paragraph repealed);
(f)  Minister means the Minister of Justice;
(g)  session means a session of the court; and
(h)  panel means the panel of jurors.
