11. The Order may enact regulations:
(a)  (subparagraph repealed);
(b)  (subparagraph repealed);
(c)  (subparagraph repealed);
(d)  (subparagraph repealed);
(e)  (subparagraph repealed);
(f)  (subparagraph repealed);
(g)  (subparagraph repealed);
(h)  (subparagraph repealed);
(i)  (subparagraph repealed);
(j)  (subparagraph repealed);
(k)  (subparagraph repealed);
(l)  to regulate the practice of the profession in partnership or corporation;
(m)  (subparagraph repealed).

11. The Order may enact regulations:
(a)  to protect the public by ensuring competent, efficient and ethical professional engineering services;
(b)  for the proper administration of its affairs;
(c)  to regulate the election of the members thereof;
(d)  for admission to the practice of the profession;
(e)  for its affiliation with any engineering society or group;
(f)  to regulate, restrict or prohibit, for a period not exceeding two years from the date when a new member practises his profession continuously, the use of the seal and title of engineer, either by adding qualifying terms thereto or by any other means;
(g)  to establish and administer in the interests of the members of the Order a retirement fund and group insurance plans;
(h)  to establish regional sections of the Order and determine their names;
(i)  to encourage and promote the well-being and progress of the profession and its members except in the case of the negotiation of a collective agreement for such members;
(j)  to establish and administer an assistance fund for needy engineers, the assets of which shall be invested in accordance with article 981o of the Civil Code of Lower Canada;
(k)  to regulate the use of the titles or qualifications under which its members may offer or render their services;
(l)  to regulate the practice of the profession in partnership or Corporation;
(m)  to pronounce upon any matter of general interest to the Order and its members.
The regulations adopted by the Bureau under this Act shall come into force in accordance with section 95 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
