I-8.1 - Act respecting offences relating to alcoholic beverages

91.1. No owner, lessee or occupant of premises where the public is admitted may allow the drinking of alcoholic beverages therein unless he holds, for such premises, a permit issued under the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1) or the Act respecting the Société des alcools du Québec (chapter S-13) and, except in the case of a permit with a “service” option, unless they are beverages he has bought or made under the permit he holds.
