6. (Repealed).

6. The Gouvernement may, if the carrying on of the affairs of the Commission requires it, appoint any supplementary commissioner for the time it determines and fix his remuneration.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph of section 82 of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16), a judge of the sessions or of the Provincial Court may be appointed commissioner under this section; for the purposes of his salary and pension, the second paragraph of the said section 82 applies.
