23. A hunting or fishing lodge permit entitles the holder to sell alcoholic beverages, except draught beer, only to the persons lodged at the establishment or staying there in view of hunting or fishing. Such permit may be issued notwithstanding the restrictions or prohibitions imposed by a municipal by-law.
A hunting or fishing lodge, within the meaning of this act, is an establishment erected in a hunting or fishing territory and equipped for lodging and meals.
