153. Where a person is convicted of an offence relating to illegal posting outside the establishment, the poster illegally placed shall be removed or destroyed, at the expense of the person, within eight days of notification, to that person, of the notice of the judgment.

153. The judge who convicts a person of an offence respecting illegal posting outside the establishment shall order that the poster that was the basis of the conviction be removed or destroyed, at the cost of the offender, within a delay of eight days from the judgment.

153. In the cases provided for in section 152, the judgment or sentence shall contain a provision condemning the defendant to the imprisonment provided for in that section.
The court rendering a conviction in proceedings for an offence respecting illegal posting outside the establishment shall order that the poster that was the basis of the conviction be removed or destroyed, at the cost of the offender, within a delay of eight days from the judgment.
