I-8.1 - Act respecting offences relating to alcoholic beverages

111. Whosoever,
(a)  keeps or possesses alcoholic beverages in contravention of any provision of paragraphs a, b, c, d, f, g and h of section 91 or of sections 91.0.1, 95.1, 95.2 and 95.4; or
(b)  transports alcoholic beverages contrary to any provision of sections 92 to 95.3,
is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500 to $1,000 and, in the case of a second conviction, to a fine of $1,000 to $2,000 and, for every subsequent conviction thereafter, to a fine of $2,000 to $5,000.

(b)  transports alcoholic beverages contrary to any provision of sections 92 to 95,
is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $175 to $425 and, in the case of a second conviction, to a fine of $425 to $700 and, for every subsequent conviction thereafter, to a fine of $700 to $1 400.

111. Whosoever,
(a)  keeps or possesses alcoholic beverages in contravention of any provision of paragraphs a, b, c, d, f, g and h of section 91; or
(b)  transports alcoholic beverages contrary to any provision of sections 92 to 95,
is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $125 to $350 and, in the case of a second conviction, to a fine of $350 to $575 and, for every subsequent conviction thereafter, to a fine of $575 to $1 150.

111. Whosoever,
(a)  keeps or possesses alcoholic beverages in contravention of any provision of paragraphs a, b, c, d, f, g and h of section 91; or
(b)  transports alcoholic beverages contrary to any provision of sections 92 to 95,
is guilty of an offence against this act, and may be arrested without a warrant, provided that he is brought without delay before a court having jurisdiction, and he is liable, in addition to the costs, for the first offence, to a fine of $125 to $350 and, for a second offence, to a fine of $350 to $575 and for any subsequent offence to a fine of $575 to $1 150; in this last case the court, in addition to the fine and costs, may condemn the offender to imprisonment for not more than three months.

111. Whosoever,
(a)  keeps or possesses alcoholic beverages in contravention of any provision of paragraphs a, b, c, d, f, g and h of section 91; or
(b)  transports alcoholic beverages contrary to any provision of sections 92 to 95,
is guilty of an offence against this act, and may be arrested without a warrant, provided that he is brought without delay before a court having jurisdiction, and he is liable, in addition to the costs, for the first offence, to a fine of $100 to $300 and, for a second offence, to a fine of $300 to $500 and for any subsequent offence to a fine of $500 to $1 000; in this last case the court, in addition to the fine and costs, may condemn the offender to imprisonment for not more than three months.
