74. Not later than 30 June each year, the Company must file its financial statements and an annual management report for the preceding fiscal year with the Minister.
The annual management report must include, with respect to the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries,
(1)  their respective staffing numbers; and
(2)  the average remuneration, including variable remuneration and other benefits, paid to their employees and the standard deviation.
The annual management report must also account for the monitoring of the indicators retained by the Minister under the second paragraph of section 73.1.
The financial statements and the annual management report must contain all the information required by the Minister. The report must also contain the information provided for in Chapter VI of the Act respecting the governance of state-owned enterprises (chapter G-1.02) and the information the directors are required to provide annually to the shareholders under the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
