33. Sections 20, 21, 26 to 28, Chapters IV and VI and sections 89 and 90 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001) apply to the Fund, with the necessary modifications.
For the purposes of those provisions, the Company replaces the Minister referred to in them.
Fund management procedures are determined by the Conseil du trésor.
