29. (Repealed).

29. The Company may, as manager of the Fund, borrow from the Minister of Finance sums taken out of the Financing Fund established under the Act respecting the Ministère des Finances (chapter M-24.01).
Any amount paid into the Economic Development Fund under the terms of such a loan is repayable out of that Fund.
