Unless otherwise indicated by the context, in any document, a reference to the Act respecting Investissement Québec and La Financière du Québec (chapter I-16.1), the Act respecting the Société générale de financement du Québec (chapter S-17) or any of their provisions is a reference to this Act or to the corresponding provision of this Act, if any.
