82. To have a right to vote at any election of school commissioners or trustees, it shall be necessary to be entered on the electoral list.
To be entered on such list it shall be necessary:
(1)  to be of full age and a Canadian citizen on the day of the poll;
(2)  to be domiciled in the school municipality or to be the owner of real estate or of a building and to be entered as such on the valuation roll; and
(3)  not to be affected by any legal incapacity other than minority.
However, an elector shall vote only in each ward in which he fulfils the requirements of this section.
