440. The cost of bussing expenses incurred by a regional board, for the school boards that are members thereof or for another regional board or another school board, shall be assumed by each of them on the basis of the cost of bussing services received or according to a proportion determined by the Government, less the subsidies granted for these purposes.

440. The cost of transport expenses incurred under subsections 2 to 7 of section 431 for shcool boards that are members of a regional board shall be assumed by each school board on the basis of the cost of transport services received or according to a proportion determined by the Government, less the subsidies granted for these purposes.

440. The regional board shall determine the sums which must be paid to it, for each school year, by the school boards that are members thereof, for the purposes of paying the cost of such expenses, less the subsidies granted for such purposes. Such net expenses shall be apportioned among the school boards proportionately to the total value of the property taxable by each.
The regional school board shall also determine the amounts which must be paid to it, for each school year, by the school boards that are members of it, for the purposes of paying the cost of its transport expenses made under subsections 2 to 7 of section 431, less the subsidies granted for such purposes.
Such net expenses shall be apportioned among the school boards as provided in the first paragraph or according to a proportion determined by the Gouvernement.
