422. When the school corporation against which any judgment has been rendered ordering the payment of any sum of money holds any immoveable property, other than school-houses, which is not affected by privilege or hypothec in favor of the judgment creditor, such property may, with the authorization of the Minister, be seized and sold in the manner prescribed by the Code of Civil Procedure.
The moveable property of the school corporation in the possession of a third party, and the debts due to it, may also be attached and sold in the same manner.
