399. The following shall be printed on the ballot papers:

NOTE: That rate corresponds to
(1)  the rate of (x) cents per $100 of the full standardized assessment of that taxable property, and
(2)  (y) per cent of the net expenses of the (name of the school board or regional board) for the school year (insert here the school year).

399. If a special assessment be annulled as mentioned in the preceding sections, the ratepayers who have paid their share of such assessment shall not have the right to be reimbursed; but in any subsequent assessment imposed for the same purpose, they shall be credited with the sums paid on the assessment so annulled.
