364. (Repealed).

364. From the expiration of the delay mentioned in section 357, the school assessment imposed under section 354 shall replace the provisional school assessment imposed for the same school year under section 363, subject however to the rights of the school board for the amounts then exigible in principal and interest under such provisional assessment; from the expiration of the same delay, the school taxes imposed under the provisional school assessment shall be deemed to have been imposed by the collection roll in force for the same school year.
