75. The governing board shall send the school’s educational project to the school board and make it public on the expiry of 60 to 90 days after sending it or of another period if the governing board and school board so agree. It shall also make public the evaluation of the school’s educational project. The educational project and any evaluation of it shall be communicated to the parents and the school staff.
The educational project takes effect on the date of its publication.

75. The governing board is responsible for approving the school’s success plan, and any updated version of the plan, proposed by the principal.

75. The governing board is responsible for approving the student supervision policy proposed by the principal.
The policy shall include measures relating to the use of non-teaching and non-scheduled time for instructional or educational purposes, the organization of extracurricular activities and the development of approaches to foster academic success.

75. The orientation committee shall establish its rules of internal procedure. The rules shall provide for at least three sittings every school year.
