200. The suspension or dismissal of the director general and the director general’s removal from office requires the vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the school service centre’s board of directors.

200. The suspension or dismissal of the director general and the director general’s removal from office requires the vote of at least two-thirds of the voting members of the council of commissioners.

200. The appointment or the dismissal of the director general or the termination of his term of office is decided by the vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the council of commissioners who are entitled to vote. However, the vote of the majority of such members is sufficient for the renewal of the term of office of the director general.
