7. (Repealed).

7. A contractor’s license shall be issued upon application:
(1)  to any person recognized as a journeyman who has passed the examination prescribed for a contractor and paid the prescribed fees; or
(2)  to any company, corporation or association provided that at least one of its directors or members, as the case may be, meets the requirements contemplated in paragraph 1 of this section.
