11. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 154, s. 14; 1975, c. 53, s. 115.
11. No license granted in virtue of this act may be transferred or conveyed and the said license may be suspended or revoked for sufficient cause by the board of examiners.
Such suspension or revocation, shall however, be subject to appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
