I-0.2 - Act respecting immigration to Québec

2. In this Act, foreign national means a person who is neither a Canadian citizen nor a permanent resident within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Statutes of Canada, 2001, chapter 27) and the regulations thereunder, who settles temporarily in Québec otherwise than as the representative of a foreign government or as an international civil servant.

2. In this Act, foreign national means a person who is neither a Canadian citizen not a permanent resident within the meaning of the Immigration Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-2) and the regulations thereunder, who settles temporarily in Québec otherwise than as the representative of a foreign government or as an international civil servant.

2. The Minister is entrusted with the carrying out of the laws respecting cultural communities, immigrants, and foreign nationals who settle temporarily in Québec otherwise than representative of a foreign government or as an international civil servant.
In this act, foreign national means a person who is neither a Canadian citizen not a permanent resident within the meaning of the Immigration Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-2) and the regulations thereunder.
