46. (Repealed).

46. The Corporation may avail itself, on the same basis as a distributor, of the provisions of subparagraphs b, c, and d of section 20 of the Act respecting the Régie de l’électricité et du gaz (chapter R-6).
Any company of which the Corporation holds ninety per cent of the shares shall not be a distributor within the meaning of the said act but it may avail itself of the above mentioned provisions on the same basis as the Corporation.
