9. The Minister shall revoke the permit of a bailiff who no longer meets the requirements of paragraphs b and h of section 4.
He shall also revoke the permit of a bailiff who omits to pay the annual duties referred to in section 8 or fails to provide the security prescribed by regulation.

9. The Minister shall revoke the permit of any bailiff who
(1)  refuses or omits to pay the annual duties contemplated in section 8;
(2)  does not give the security prescribed; or
(3)  no longer fulfils one of the conditions required by section 4, except paragraph g.

9. The Minister may suspend or revoke the permit of any person who:
(a)  has been found guilty of an offence against this act or the regulations;
(b)  no longer fulfils the conditions required to obtain a permit;
(c)  refuses, omits or neglects to comply with the requirements of this act or the regulations after being requested, in writing, by the Minister to do so;
(d)  refuses or omits to pay the annual duties contemplated in section 8; or
(e)  does any act determined by regulation to be derogatory to the dignity of the office of bailiff.
