33. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 12.7, the second paragraph of section 12.8 or any of sections 26, 27 and 30 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $1 000 for the first offence and, for any subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $2 000.

Whoever contravenes this act or the regulations, otherwise than in the cases contemplated in sections 31 and 32, is liable, in addition to the costs, for the first offence, to a fine of not less than $125 nor more than $350 and, for each subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $575.

33. Whoever contravenes this act or the regulations, otherwise than in the cases contemplated in sections 31 and 32, is liable, in addition to the costs, for the first offence, to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300 and, for each subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $500.
